Orders

When you purchase from Soir Fragrances, you acknowledge our commitment to product quality and our guidelines for resolving issues only where a product is defective or damaged.

Returns & exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
• Returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or any reason unrelated to a defect or damage are not accepted.
• Any eligible return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted, even if the product would otherwise qualify for a return or exchange.
